My friends and I stayed here in the winter for a Christmas Cabin getaway and it was everything we could hope for ! It’s one thing to see it in pictures but another to see it in person! We were never bored from the numerous games we played, Movies/show we watched on the projector , and the fun time we had at the camp fire. Kim was super responsive to answer all our questions we had during our stay. She even went above and beyond and had labeled instructions for things that may trip you up! If I could add anything to the place it would be just curtains for some of the big windows just so we can have better privacy security during the evening . If you’re thinking about this place think no further IT IS IT!!

Great stay! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was helpful and responsive, and I had no issues getting up there even with the snow. Would definitely stay again!

The house was on beautiful property, and the huge living was dazzling with large windows and skylights to let in suns rays. I especially enjoyed the little trail behind the house and the cute decorations in the bedrooms. Kim was always responsive to all our needs, and allowed us to have some flexible check out. She was very sweet and friendly host. We are for sure going back for another visit if we can!

My Stay at Kim’s A Frame Cabin was just incredible! It was very nice staying there for 1 night. Kim had a great communication with me, my boyfriend and i decided to do a late check out because we wanted to cook something for breakfast, I contacted Kim and she was very nice in helping us! Honestly will be back ! 😊😊😊😊😊

This is a beautiful home in upstate NY with gorgeous private yard and outdoor area. The house itself fit 12 of us total comfortably. I love the high ceilings, open concept floorplan, big windows/doors and the kitchen was gorgeous. The heat also worked really well for the chilly nights! The basement area had soo many games and things to do! There is no service in the area, but the wifi worked well and it was relaxing to get away from everything for my bachelorette. The hot tub worked wonderfully as well! The only thing that happened was that using the hairdryer in the master bathroom caused a fuse to blow, however, we messaged Kim and she was so quick to respond with clear instructions to fix it! Overall, I had the most perfect weekend with all my girls in this gorgeous home in a beautiful area with plenty of fall foliage and games/things to do! Just make sure to plug in directions to anywhere you’re going before you leave Wi-Fi zone or you’ll get lost!!

Great glamping experience with all the necessary essentials. Cabin has a good woodsy smell, popular hiking trails are nearby, and location itself provides a beautiful view of the unobstructed night sky. All in all, a perfect location for couples/star-gazing enthusiasts looking to disconnect and experience upstate NY in the fall.

We had an awesome stay at Kim’s Cabin! Everything was as described (except for the waterfalls where we got lost a few times searching for - so glad we didn’t give up until we found it!) Kim was very gracious in answering my questions. As soon as we figured how to run everything, it was easy. We stopped at Valley Road Maple Farm and grabbed some maple products. Lake George is 30mins away and we came during Octoberfest! 🍻 We had so much and are planning to come back in March where they’ll have the Thousand Breakfast. My boyfriend’s birthday was a success! Thanks Kim!

Kim’s little red schoolhouse in Warrensburg was absolutely wonderful! While it’s a bit off the grid, it truly has every amenity you could possibly need. The cabin was super cozy, and the bed in the loft was unbelievably comfortable. The beautiful little brook that runs alongside the property made everything feel so peaceful, serene, and quietly magical — the perfect soundtrack to our stay. The private waterfall just five minutes away was stunning, and we were the only ones there. Kim was quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in the Adirondacks, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back for a summer swim in those crystal-clear waters!

This is a fantastic home for a large family or group. We had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub and the fire pit. We were in a good location to visit water parks and other outdoor activities. The place was very pleasant and comfortable to be. Kim is a wonderful host was very friendly and helpful answering questions within minutes. Great communication and clear information. Will definitely comeback with my family.
