As you make your way to the "Peak Forest Log Cabin", you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the Catskill Mountains. Upon entering the "Kim’s Kamp" grounds, you’ll come across a picturesque pond, and just beyond it, tucked into the woods on your right, is the charming A-frame log cabin. Also, located on the property is a larger Airbnb "Katskill Mountain Lodge", available to rent separately and situated further up the hill. The "Peak Forest Log Cabin" is a BRAND NEW CONSTRUCTION and offers everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This 357 sq. ft. retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Hang out on the front porch with a cup of coffee and connect with nature. Inside, you’ll find warm pine wood throughout, creating a cozy, modern rustic atmosphere. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, and the full bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. WIFI is included and all smart TV's have streaming services (you may connect to any of your accounts). Heating/Cooling- there is a new 9000 BTU multi split unit that will heat and cool the entire space comfortably in all seasons. There is a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. *BEDROOM 1* The cabin features a private primary bedroom with a queen-size bed, small dresser, and smart TV for your convenience. (sleeps 2) *LIVING ROOM/ KITCHEN AREA* For additional guests—perfect for kids or friends—the full-size sofa provides extra sleeping space while maintaining privacy and treat as a "2nd bedroom" situation. (sleep 2) Foldable dining table (eats 4) Kitchenette- sink, electric stove top, fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric water kettle, cooking utensils, silverware, cups, plates, wine glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker, ice trays, pots, can opener, wine opener, scissor, etc. *BATHROOM* Full shower, toilet and vanity w/ mirror. Hot water included. *BACKYARD* Outside, the backyard is designed for relaxation and connection with nature. Gather around the fire pit, complete with 4 Adirondack chairs, enjoy meals at the picnic table, fire up the grill, and soak in the cozy glow of ambient lighting that sets the perfect mood for your Catskills escape.

**MUST READ AND AGREE BEFORE BOOKING** - Photo ID required from main guest - "Kim's Kamp" has 2 current Airbnbs on the same property (1 large Airbnb sleeps up to 14 people and is located all the way up the hill- very far from the cabin- you will still have your privacy and quietness) - 2 car maximum allowed on property - ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!! (immediate cancellation with no refund) - NO SMOKING inside the cabin. $500 FEE IF SMELL/ EVIDENCE IS FOUND. If smoking outside, do not throw buds on the floor or deck (only in garbage). - No third party bookings - Exterior cameras are for security purposes only. They are facing the main entrance and backyard area. - No hunting on the property whatsoever!! We have neighbors and other Airbnbs on the property - No extra unauthorized guests - Report any damages IMMEDIATELY. - Early check in and late check out are optional for an extra fee, if there are no other bookings. $25 per extra hour. - GARBAGE- (unlimited) Please bring garbage to our private dumpster on the property (near the entrance) Notify of FULL. - WE ARE IN THE CATSKILL MOUNTAINS SURROUNDED BY NATURE so there will be wildlife, bugs, and webs every now and then. We have an exterminator go out quarterly and our cleaner will do their best to keep the bugs out. Bring extra bug spray. - The cabin is located 25 minutes from the nearest convenience store and gas station about 10 min (everything is on main street- you will pass it on the way to the cabin). So make sure to get what you need before arriving. - We provide WIFI and FREE NETFLIX for streaming. Do not unplug routers at any point during your stay. - Clean after yourselves upon checking out. - (WINTER STORM WARNING) IF THERE IS A WINTER STORM, PLAN ACCORDINGLY!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO BRING A 4 WHEEL DRIVE OR AWD VEHICLE THAT'S GOOD IN THE SNOW. STOCK UP ON FOOD/WATER IN CASE YOU CANNOT LEAVE THE PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON. WE ORGANIZE THE SNOW PLOW/SALTING FOR BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL. WE CANNOT CONTROL THE WEATHER AND WILL DO OUR BEST TO PLOW/SALT WHEN NEEDED. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ALSO A GOOD IDEA. -HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME AND RESPECT THE HOME AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN.
